About

Hey there!

I could have written my entire life story here, but why would I do that to you?

Instead, I’ll only tell you how I came to be a freelance tech writer.

It all began when I picked up Computer Science as a side subject in school. I learned how to code.

It was fascinating to me. It still is- how computers can be developed to what we want them to be. And, how technology can be used to solve real challenges.

I graduated as a Computer Science Engineer in 2016- and got into corporate IT as a Salesforce software developer.

Now, I had been doing a lot of writing since I was 13- essays, school magazine articles, speech writing for my orator friends, Facebook photo caption writing for my outgoing friends- you know?

So, when I wanted to pivot my career, I simply combined my love for Technology and Writing and became a full-time freelance tech writer in 2017.

—————Historical Facts End Here—————

Since then, I have worked with 60+ tech companies who are all doing fascinating work in-

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) & Machine learning (ML)

  • Cloud technologies

  • AIOps

  • Blockchain/Web3

  • Internet of Things (IoT)

  • Cybersecurity

These years, I have been helping my clients with content that:

  • Positions them as an expert

  • Establishes market authority

  • Speaks to ‘their’ customers

  • Persuades them, but not in a clingy, sales-y way

—————Work Talk Ends Here—————

One of the cool things of being a technology writer is that I get to learn so much about the innovation and transformation that is literally driving our world today!

Moreover, I get to churn thoughts and ideas and be a part of this change that is oh-so-digital.

When I am not helping my clients with copywriting, I’m reading, journaling, listening to the same Taylor Swift songs on repeat, or contemplating leaving my house.

You can trigger a conversation with me about music, F.R.I.E.N.D.S., The Big Bang Theory, Schitt’s Creek and the woes and wins of freelance writing.

That’s all about me. How’ve you been?
